THE GIFTS OF LIM Prijepolje is a river-town. We have decided to use the advantages of the rivers of Mileshevka and Lim one more time ant to use their banks for organising onre of the most beautiful and the most visited manifestations in our country. It is unique in the world , we are the only that have decided to award the best sons-in- law of Prijepolje , and there are so many of them , coming from different parts of the world.Ant they all gather every August to compete for the title , which is not an easy task, for one of the conditions to enter the competition is the recommendation given by the mother-in-law.Their mothers-in-law praise them , maybe that is on eof the reasons why we have more and more sons-in –law every year. And one of them has even fed his mother-in-law with his own hands. In order to make the atmosphere complete , alongside the contest for the best son-in -law, the best fish broth is chosen , and while the broth is cooked in the pots the skill, ability and wish of each team to be proclaimed the best can be felt. There is also the regatta down the Lim , beach volleyball – all accompanied with the cheerful sounds of the tamburitza players .
